ART DIRECTION (Vehicle Department)

Since 2021, I have had the chance to be involved in the Art Direction of the Vehicle department in ATMTA for the project STAR ATLAS

My role involves developing spaceships' aesthetics globally, spaceships' manufacturers, and brand/visual identity from concept to final production.
The realization and final design of spaceships in this project couldn't have been done with awesome partners such as:
VERTPAINT STUDIOS
RENDERDOCKS STUDIO
SENTIENT STUDIO
SPERASOFT

especially Sean Davies, who supervised production of the game model in UE5, and Daniel Floyd (Founder of ATMTA/ Star Atlas)

All those renderings belong to ATMTA and their respective owners, such as Vertpaint, Renderdock, and Sentient Studios.

Among the differents responsibilities and task, i managed a strong team of senior concept designers and 3d hard surface production artists and ensure the convergence with different dept such gameplay or characters/env/anim, the integration of ships components and specificity, the alignment with each manufacturer identities, and ensure consistency of each spaceships design as well as encouraging such talented team in vehicle to achieve their best.
